You see, it isn't just about self love or waking up early as 5am that brings you the peace and happiness you want for the day...
It is the energy you create out of whatever happens to you that shapes how your day will be for you. And, naturally the mind can only conceive what you want it to but, you own the will-power to create the kind of energy (positive or negative vibes) that will shape how your day goes.
1. Clear the cache out of your mind before you sleep and meditate in morning when you wake up.
You know what cache is right? Those information stored temporarily on your phone or PC that you can access easily after visiting a site or mobile app. But what happens when it get filled up...
Your phone begins to have sluggish performance and affect the speed of it operating system.
Similarly, through the day we process lots of information and engage in activities that keeps us occupied. And they indirectly, effect our mood for that moment or through the day.
So, if you don't clear up your head and refresh your mind before going to sleep, you are at risk of remembering that negative feelings in the morning. Your minds automatically, refresh the mood for you.
Clear your mind by forgiving yourself and people who have offended you, remember that what you feel good or bad was your choice and it is only temporary. Meditate in the morning and recite the affirmation-
"i own the will-power to create good energy and positive vibes"
2. Start your day with prayer
Payer is a key that unlocks any lock or door. Infact, for many, daily prayer is something they turn to when life becomes stressful, difficult, or saddening.
It can be easy to forget about the habit when life is busy or when everything is going well. But having a daily habit of healing through prayer is a great way to stay grounded in your faith on a day-to-day basis and prioritize reflective time between you and God.
Communicating with God through prayer is another way to start your day filled with good energy and positive vibes.
3. Follow the 80/20 rule.
The Pareto's principle or the 80/20 rule means that in any situation, 20% of the tasks yield 80% of the results. So you can maximize productivity by investing most of your time and energy on those specific tasks that will create the biggest impact. Once you’ve finished those tasks, you can focus on other activities that are on your to-do list.
4. Invest in self-care.
Taking some time off to unwind can do wonders for your mood, mental health, and self-esteem. Do at least one thing every day that makes you feel good. Listen to music, learn a new skill, take a long bubble bath, or prepare a nice meal. Whatever floats your boat.
